Truth "Sin's existence was God original plan"
God being infinitely wise would order things right the first time. God would not have a plan for a perfect world always and then once sin exists then He came up with another plan to turn it for His Glory and our good. And then the second plan should have been the original plan for God can only plan once what was fittest to glorify Himself.

Can God effectually cause the mind to be confused, perverted or twisted for His Glory?
Answer:
God can effectually cause a natural evil. (Ex. 4:11)
God effectually permits sin. Is 45:7
God cannot effectually cause a good heart to choose evil.
We say rather that God can effectually permit a good heart to choose evil.
God cannot do evil because of His nature.
God is not the one doing the sin/evil.
God's intentions are always for His Glory and our eternal spiritual good/happiness. Therefore God effectually permits sin for His Glory and our eternal spiritual happiness.
How can God "create" calamity and it not contradict his nature?

How Does a good will in Adam, Eve and Lucifer choose evil?
Answer:
A good person like only Adam, Eve and Lucifer chooses to sin when the mind is confused, perverted or twisted.
The good heart will choose the apparent good and not the real good when the mind is tricked or deceived.
The heart chooses what the mind perceived to be good to do. The good moral heart will choose good. What it thinks to be good anyway. If what the mind thinks something to be good but actually it is evil, then the will still chooses to do the evil thinking it is good to do
The soul is made up of 3 parts. The 3 parts are the mind, will and emotions.

Where did evil come from? Definitions and misc.
Why did you break that egg? You caused damage to it. Why did you break it?
Answer: To make an omelet.
There is an answer to where evil came from and why did God do it.
Answer: Evil came about by God effectually permitting Satan, Eve then Adam to have a confused mind due to context and God withdrawing the efficacious grace needed to continue Love God. ( the higher principle of love in the soul because to God) Then Satan, Adam and Eve would have their mind in a natural evil state, but the will still good, therefore the good will but confused mind is going to choose the apparent good and not the real good and pleasing to God thing to do.)
Answer: God did it to make an omelet. God did it for His Glory.
Why do people still have this question of where did evil come from?
Now you may not see how God gets glory from effectually permitting sin, but you know the bible says it. Rom. 11:36
"knowledge puffs up, but love edifies" Did the soon rise to authority give satan who was the craftiest an inflated view of his own knowledge of God and himself? (It's a warning, to the new convert, no soon elevation to authority.) Now Lucifer thinks he knows better. Has a better plan that to serve humans. Now with an inflated view of his abilities particularly his knowledge, what he knows. With that view his mind is twisted, (untrue or non true if I were to pick a word), confused or even tricked by providence.
Now Lucifer has a "good will" and a twisted mind, therefore the will chooses what it thinks to be the good thing to choose, which when the mind is conceited in it's own knowledge, then the will chooses what it thinks is good, it chooses the apparent good. Apparent meaning because it could not choose the real good. It CANNOT choose the real true good in this context. What would naturally occur in the heart of anyone who had a good will and twisted mind? Sin. God effectually permitted the sin. And effectually caused the mind to get twisted (given that God can effectually cause a natural evil and not be doing anything contrary to His nature)
Look at what soon elevation happened to Satan. This WILL happen to you, in this context. Paul seems to argue the certainty and surety of the fall. and or conceitedness to happen in that context.
Knowledge of Spiritual things with craft and authority and now quick elevation. It seems as though Lucifer and other angels were created first. Then humans on the 6th day. So angels would have been around at least 6 days. Lucifer then having only 6 days of rule over the angels then wam, here comes the command to serve these lesser beings! Lucifer gets conceited in knowledge, basically he believes he has a better plan to ascend to the most high. Someone elevated so soon will not have the maturity to handle lowering themselves any lower than what they think. And to Lucifer to lower himself to serve a lesser being was not in his mind. Someone elevated to soon and having more telling to do than doing from the Father breads Spiritual Pride in the context of now being told to serve a lesser being. You see it is in serving a lesser being that the temptation is great.
1 tim 3:6 Says the pastor will get conceited. So we know Lucifer got conceited.
How did this conceit happen to be in him?
1 tim 3:6 gives us the context soon elevation to being a messenger of God. Same context. Same sin. and being told to serve.
Like the pastor has a soon elevation in authority in preaching but has to humble himself to serve the flock. So Satan was the same soon elevation in being a messenger of God
So in the context of soon elevation to being the craftiest messenger of God conceit worked it's way into the mind of Lucifer. So in the context of soon elevation to being the craftiest messenger of God Lucifer's knowledge got tweaked. So in the context of soon elevation to authority and being the craftiest messenger of God causes that being to get conceited. Wether that being be an angel or pastor. Why can i say this so confidently? Because Paul says it will happen to the pastor just as it happened to Lucifer.
A sense or discovery of God's greatness (majesty) Rev. 1:13ff ) without an equal sense of His Loveliness will not work humility.
Satan could not of had the best complete view possible of God's loveliness because it's all of God that makes Him lovely. God's wrath and awful majesty were little if not at all revealed to Lucifer.
Lucifer's view of how much God is above him was skewed. (in loveliness and or wisdom, authority etc ?)
Can you see God being totally, completely Glorified by all this? If Yes, then nothing else matter's. If you see at the end of it all and the end of the day that God is Glorified than no amount of earthly pain is to much. "He doesn't treat us as our sins deserve."
Conceited about what? His own light, humility, power, authority, loveliness, craftiness, highest in honor and dignity, brightest of the stars? to be highly conceited of his own spiritual knowledge is to be wise in his own eyes. What to do and how to deal with spiritual issues
Lucifer believed that he had just grounds for the view he had of himself and therefore not too high. "I will ascend.. Able to ascend" Is this the lie that he believed?
There was no law for lucifer to disobey only to not follow his wisdom guided by love. Would he fail to love. Would the bright morning star fail to shine?
Thinking Lucifer could ascend to the most high because of the inflated view he had of himself.
"I could ascend to the most high because I'm the Craftiest"
What seems to be inherent in Conciet of ones own knowledge wether it be knowledge of God or man or self or self powers natural and or moral. What seems to also be inherent in conceit is a belief that the soul can ascend. Thinks it has the ability to ascend. All in the mind still. the will has not chosen yet. The mind has to be tricked into not only believing it has a better plan but also the ability to carry it out. Though they don't have the ability to overthrow God they think they do.
The thinking has to be there first then the choosing. The thinking that it can ascend to the most high. And not only can as in ability but believes it should ascend because Lucifers knowledge is better than God's anyway according to his sinful thinking. As soon as Lucifers likes and believes this plan that is better than God's then Lucifer is now Satan.
Lucifer was his firstborn, and was the firstborn of every creature. But when it was revealed to him, that as high and as glorious as he was, that he must be a ministering spirit to the race of mankind that he had seen newly created, that appeared so feeble, mean and despicable, so vastly inferior not only to him, the prince of the angels and head of the universe, but also to the inferior angels, and that he must be subject to one of that race that should hereafter be born, he could not bear it. This occasioned his fall, and now he with the other angels he drew away with him are fallen.
Questions?
Was lucifer choosing to act based on what he believed to be good in the short run?
Or was he a pragmatist that chose because he thinks it works or is best?
Answer: To make an omelet.

Why do people still have this question of where did evil come from?
- Lack of knowledge of God
- Short sightedness, they don't see how the omelet is being made (God getting glory).
- Nature of the principle of the soul are not understood. Mainly the higher principle of Love to God and the lower proper principle of love to self.
- If you get so far as to understand 1,2, and 3 then it may even be harder to understand that God can justly withdrawal the grace or good principle of Love to God, leaving man with love to self.
- Then you have to understand how a good will chooses evil. Then you know where it came from and how it happened.
Now you may not see how God gets glory from effectually permitting sin, but you know the bible says it. Rom. 11:36

Where did evil come from
Context influenced Lucifer to fall
The Context
1. Lucifer more crafty than all the rest
2. He had a position of authority soon in his life
3. More glorious than all the rest
4. Having a mutable mind
5. Created to serve God and a lesser being, mankind.
Scripture talks about being tempted to specific sins in certain contexts.
Proverbs 30:7
“Two things I ask of you, Lord;
do not refuse me before I die:
8 Keep falsehood and lies far from me;
give me neither poverty nor riches,
but give me only my daily bread.
9 Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you
and say, ‘Who is the Lord?’
Or I may become poor and steal,
and so dishonor the name of my God."

The temptation to steal is greater in the context of being poor. The temptation to disown God is greater when you have too much.
Temptations to specific sins in certain contexts can also be seen when Satan tempts Christ in the wilderness and then when the trust of Christ is high and strong then Satan moves the context to on top of a high point of the temple to get Christ to trust to much by testing God.
So in this context what was Satan tempted to do?
He was tempted to have a wrong view of himself in relation to God and others or get conceited.
1 Timothy 3:6
He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil.
Here we have a recent convert elevated to a position of authority to soon in his life. In this context the temptation to get conceited is great.

Where did evil come from
Where did evil come from? In what sense did it came from God?
1. It came from God in one sense.
2. It came from Satan in a different sense.
3. It came from Satan tempting eve as well.
How did it come from God?
"God effectually caused sin to happen."
Did God sin? NO
"So God can cause sin to happen and not be sinning."
So Why Does He allow sin and sinner to exist?
"God does all things for His Glory."
"So God can cause sin to happen and in doing so He is Glorifying Himself."
How could God care more about his Glory than all the pain and suffering of people in all eternity, how could all that be better/best hmmm Best may be the only way Being could equally shine forth Himself. An equally shining forth of God, all his attributes, and therein lies the perfect love to and highest joy in God.
(And "better" better than what? Better than having a different God. Or the same God acting a different way (your way) .
How could God's Full Glory be more important than all the suffering's of hell?
Turn around and frame the above question in a true statement....
God's Full Glory is most important to Him with the sufferings of hell in His plan than if it were not in His plan.
"God shines forth all his attributes equally (in all eternity past, present and forever) because God is Simple and Immense no jut one attribute can be displayed. And we know that Wrath can not be on display unless sinners exist. And God's own character necessarily moves him to display all of Himself always at once, over and over again.
Whatever God wills to be in existence add extra, He can intentionally create the natural relm in a form of disorder, the mind of Lucifer.
